Executive Summary
PDI Health – a Brooklyn-based provider of mobile diagnostic-imaging services – surfaced on the Everest ransomware leak site on May 14 2025. As of 13 July 2025 the incident is still unlisted on the HHS “Wall of Shame” and PDI has released no public notice, so all figures come from the threat actor’s post rather than official forensics. ,
