PDI Health – a Brooklyn-based provider of mobile diagnostic-imaging services – surfaced on the Everest ransomware leak site on May 14 2025. The gang says it exfiltrated more than 373 000 patient records including radiology test results clinical histories and billing files and after the company failed to engage it published sample data immediately and dumped the full trove on June 18. As of 13 July 2025 the incident is still unlisted on the HHS “Wall of Shame” and PDI has released no public notice, so all figures come from the threat actor’s post rather than official forensics.
