In late April 2025 Arkansas Primary Care Clinic PA-a 30-employee primary-care practice in Little Rock with roughly $6.8 million in annual revenue-surfaced on the leak site of the INC RANSOM gang. The attackers claimed to have exfiltrated about 15 GB of data before deploying their ransomware.
