ObscureIQ | Who We Protect
Who We Protect

Protection for people whose position creates risk.

Position, wealth, visibility, influence, or a cause. Any one of them can make an ordinary life worth targeting.

Five Profiles

Different exposure. The same method.

ObscureIQ works with people whose position, wealth, visibility, influence, or cause creates elevated personal risk. The work is the same in each case. What changes is where the exposure comes from and what an adversary does with it.

01

High-Risk Individuals

A person may have secure devices and strong physical protection while remaining exposed through public records, family information, social media, legal filings, or the digital footprints of the people around them.

What we do

We identify what can be used against the client, reduce unnecessary exposure, monitor what remains, and investigate activity that may signal a growing threat. The client gains a clearer understanding of what is visible, who may be paying attention, and where action may be needed.

Trigger 01

Your address, phone, and household are easy to find.

Trigger 02

Someone has started researching you.

Trigger 03

You are about to become much more visible.

02

Corporate Executives and Founders

A threat against a senior leader can quickly become a threat to the company. Doxxing, impersonation, hostile narratives, litigation, harassment, and physical targeting can affect employees, operations, reputation, legal strategy, business continuity, and the board.

What we do

We protect the individual while giving the organization a fuller view of the surrounding risk, including how hostile or false narratives are developing, who is amplifying them, and whether they could create wider consequences.

Trigger 01

An anonymous account is harassing or threatening you.

Trigger 02

A false story about you is spreading.

Trigger 03

Your family, assistants, or staff are the way in.

03

Public Officials and Civic Roles

Public service can create personal risk for people who never considered themselves public figures. Elected officials, judges, election workers, educators, advocates, and litigants may be targeted because of a decision, a case, a cause, or a civic responsibility.

What we do

We help protect the person behind the public role by reducing exposed information, monitoring for hostile activity, and identifying when criticism or attention begins to take a more dangerous form.

Trigger 01

A decision or a case has made you a target.

Trigger 02

Your home address is circulating in a hostile forum.

Trigger 03

The hostility has moved from your office to your family.

04

Celebrities and Public Figures

Visibility creates exposure far beyond what appears in the press or on social media. Public records, family relationships, travel patterns, properties, staff, and online communities all contribute to a broader threat picture.

What we do

We map that footprint, reduce the information that creates risk, monitor hostile activity, and investigate signs that ordinary attention is becoming targeted behavior.

Trigger 01

Travel patterns and properties are being tracked.

Trigger 02

Household staff are the soft entry point.

Trigger 03

An admiring community has turned.

05

Organizations and Nonprofits

Exposure at the top is organizational risk. When a leader becomes the focus of online anger, doxxing, harassment, or a physical threat, the consequences reach continuity, reputation, legal strategy, staff confidence, and the board at once. For nonprofits and advocacy organizations the exposure is often structural: leadership is named on the website, officers sit in a public filing, and the cause itself is what draws the hostility.

What we do

We connect what security, legal, communications, and protection teams see separately, so the organization acts from one picture instead of several fragments. Where there is no in-house security function, which is the norm below a certain size, we are that function: the same discovery, reduction, monitoring, and analyst judgment, scoped to a leadership cohort and a board rather than to one client.

Trigger 01

Leadership is named in a public filing.

Trigger 02

The cause is drawing coordinated hostility.

Trigger 03

There is no in-house security function to call.

For the Teams That Protect Them

We work across the seams, not inside one of them.

Security Leaders and Executive Protection Teams

Your program may be strong and still miss the moment that matters most. Cyber sees the network. EP sees the perimeter. Privacy sees exposed records. We work across the seams, connecting public exposure, online behavior, family risk, and physical security into a threat picture your team can act on before it reaches the client.

Family Offices

A family's risk does not sit with one person. It moves across properties, filings, staff, children, spouses, business interests, and the public record around all of them. We give the family office one connected threat picture, quietly shrinking what can be used, watching what remains, and surfacing the moment scattered exposure starts to look like targeting.

Evidence

What clients say about the difference.

Names are never disclosed and speakers are described only in the most general terms, at their request. The discretion is the same discretion we sell.

You do not just monitor. You interpret.
Client · Under retainer
They tracked the actors doxxing and harassing my team. Two of three were identified with certainty, and the reports were delivered in a form law enforcement could act on.
Client · C-suite executive · Technology sector
I thought I was careful with my digital profile. I had used deletion services before. ObscureIQ was the first team to show me what my exposure still enabled.

Bring the situation. We will tell you what is possible.

A confidential call with us establishes your baseline exposure, your risk profile, and the level of response it warrants. Some clients arrive with a known threat. Others want to understand what their footprint enables before anything happens.
